Strawberry picking in summer and fall, too!

Delicious Strawberries
Usually, the strawberry-harvesting season runs from Christmas in the winter until about May in the spring.
However, the strawberries we grow at our farm can be harvested in all seasons, even summer and fall.
Called “kashu” strawberries in Japanese, literally translated as“Summer-Fall” strawberries, they are rare, expensive, and not usually sold at supermarkets like other strawberries. Instead, they are often used at confectioneries and wedding venues.
Kashu strawberries are difficult to obtain all over Japan. Strawberry farms that offer kashu strawberry picking are even more scarce.

Our strawberry farm is an advanced facility where you can pick these types of kashu strawberries.
We grow new cultivars that have been topics of discussion in recent years. Come and enjoy the sweetness of the latest trends in the strawberry world.
Thanks to our vaporized mist system, our greenhouse is a cool and comfortable temperature even in the summer months.
Our elevated platforms allow you to pick strawberries without bending over and also helps to keep them clean.
Our white floors reflect the sunlight, helping you to take gorgeous photos.
We hope you'll post any photos you take during your visit to Instagram and other social media sites, and tag us @inawashiro_ski_global so we can share it!

Looking out at the magnificent Mt. Bandai from our greenhouse, you can feel the influence of Inawashiro’s plentiful nature on our strawberries.
We use a fully digital environment management system to maintain our sparkling white greenhouse.
By analyzing data on temperature, humidity, and amount of sunlight, we create the optimal environment for the strawberries so they grow even sweeter, and more delicious.
